Hello,

I went to community college, then transferred to a four year school my third year. Had I high GPA

Then, my fourth year, I transfered again too another four year school, and made two Fs and two Cs the first semester

So technically can I just only turn in my transcripts from my first 3 years?? There is no way that the admissions would know about the fourth college I went to right, I can just go back to the college I went to in my third year and only turn in that transcript?

You HAVE to send in all transcripts from all schools no ifs and buts. regardless of your previous grades or even if you registered for school in their system and didn't even take a class. There is a system that they could possibly find out all the schools you attended, if there is no such thing don't take the chance because if they find out your application would be rescinded and/or if they found out during medical school they'll kick you out. Be honest, if you need to retake classes do it, This is a career path. not being honest would be stupid to start off your professional career.

EVERY transcript must go in to AMCAS. I had to pull in the uni courses that I took in HS. They will find out if you try to omit something, and you will be kicked out when they do. More likely they'll rescind an acceptance once they put you through the national clearinghouse that exists for these things.

you must send in all transcripts. they will find out about every college you were enrolled in and took courses in. if you took a course, you need to send in the transcript, period.
There is a national clearinghouse they use that lists all colleges you took courses in.

This, it's very easy for them to do a quick search and lying on your app about that is grounds for dismissal, even if say you've already completed your MS1 year and they somehow find out at that point.

"or even if you registered for school in their system and didn't even take a class."

actually, no, I checked with AMCAS about this. I enrolled in a local CC because I considered taking a summer course there, but I never did, so I never actually registered for any classes (and thus have no transcript from the school).
I contacted AMCAS and asked them if I needed to report a school I never took a class in/had no transcript from and they said:

"If you never took courses at the institution so there is no course information you can enter for AMCAS to verify. You do not have to enter this institution in your application unless it appears as a school attended on a transcript."

A background check could possibly reveal the institutions you have attended.
