Agree with above. Rotate at former AOA programs. Board scores get you in the door but your rotation performance gets you the interview. The only other ortho program in my region still wont rank stellar DO applicants even if they rotate
Rotate at former AOA programs. Preferably ones that A) limit rotators B) only interview rotators C) have not accepted MDs. You will want to do well on these rotations. Know how to read X-rays and know fracture classifications. Know your anatomy as well.
