I submitted 7/8 and am still waiting to be verified. I want to add an additional 5 schools, but am afraid that doing so will but my AMCAS app back in the bottom of the pile for waiting to be verified.

Is this the case? Should I wait until after I've been verified and THEN add the extra schools? Or is it safe to just do it now without it adding extra time. Thanks!!

It should not affect your place in line for processing.

Yeah, I resubmitted multiple times (to add schools and also to designate rec letters) while waiting in line. I was verified at a similar time as people who submitted around the time I did.
