I'm very much an abstract thinker and visual learner, so taking notes with a pen and paper keeps me more focused. This way, I can draw graphs and display relationships/themes through other visuals when needed (nothing crazy, but the occasional pyramid or Venn diagram is incredibly helpful to me). I know you can do all of that with a computer, but I would take so much time in the tools section of Word that I would miss what was being said!
I just googled the Pulse Smart Pen, xscpx, and it looks amazing! If I didn't lose writing utensils like it was my job, I would definitely get one of those.
