Nov 30th interview date??

So I got an invite to a school and its on Nov. 30th. Since Dec 1st is the next day, I assume I will be considered for that first batch of decisions? My guess is probably not, but I thought I'd ask the SDN forum. I'll email admissions later to ask to confirm.

I think you would be. Isn't that part of the traffic rules set by ADEA? That any interview pre-dec must have a decision made on it by Dec 1st (3rd this year).

Yeah, I forgot, dec 1st is a saturday, so now its dec 3rd. It certainly would be cutting close, it seems like right after my interview they would have to decide.

Not really. They don't have a deadline for deciding on you. They just can't accept before then. It would be nice, but don't count on Dec 3 acceptance.

I have an 11/30 interview at Columbia and they said I would still be considered for a 12/3 acceptance. I'm not sure if this is the case elsewhere though.
