NOVA English reqs

I know this applies to other schools as well..or at least I think it does but are they really strict in making sure you had the 3 hours of English lit......I mean I have not too much of a beef about taking it if I have to...... but I'll have 6 credits worth of english....just not counted as lit and then besides that I am a german lit major so it is not like I don't get exposure to how to read and understand texts...I highly doubt they make exceptions..just curious.

i got into nova com this year (2006) but chose to differ to 2007. i only had english 101 and 102.

Cool...Would english 101 and 102 just be composition classes or what? I had my English credits counted from a junior college...er the first class then next semester I am taking a technical writing course for my information science major. Too bad none of the german stuff I have matters. 😳
