Advertisement - Members don't see this ad
I got the link for the Nova supplemental and filled out all but 1 section because I had to get some info. But on the same day, I sent a $50 money order to them because the email said that $50 would be required, in what form wasn't specified. Upon completion of the supplemental I get the pay-by credit card on webstar and selected 'pay at a later date' because I'd already sent $50 the pevious day. This is like 2 weeks ago and Nova isn't answering my calls/emails...even webstar doesn't show it as being recieved. Any thoughts as to getting in touch with them; I even put URGENT on the email header...nothing😡
