NOVA in-state tuition

omg, I am attending Nova for the class of 2015, but I forgot that I had to turn in the form for in-state residency verification, so I don't know what to do now. it says that the forms must be turned in within 30 days and ive had the forms for like 3 months. i dont know what to do, i dont want to have to pay out-of-state tuition because i misread the paper. has anyone at Nova been in this situation? I am freaking out right now
