Nova interview invite/acceptance rate

Does anyone know approximately what percentage of the applicants get interview invites? I can't really tell from the predents.com.

On predents.com, it seems like 1/3 of the interviewee get accapted. Is this about right? I thought it would be 50:50 once you get an interview..

During my interview last cycle, Dr. Lippman told us that they interview around 400 applicants and they accept about 105..

Must be more than 105, no?
Their class size is about 110 according to ADEA, so they should be accepting much more than that because there are a lot of people who will turn down their acceptance and go to another school..

400 applicants out of 2280? That's 17.5% ppl getting interviews.. Is this the case in most schools?
