So if it says I am scheduled to meet at 11:45 am, I have to be there by that time right? We're not meeting earlier than that (with that just being MY personal interview time?) I feel like we did not receive a whole lot of info about this interview....

Being early never hurt anyone. Being late would. Plan on getting to any interview early just in case you hit a snag along the way.
