NOVA Interview!!!

Me too!!!! After we make interview date appt, can we still change it later? does anyone know?

I got an invite today!

I was in the first batch, but my committee letter was submitted last week so I don't think they received it yet.

do you know the closest (cheap) hotel to stay in for the interview? I'm going to be flying in the night before my interview

They didn't for me. I submitted 3rd batch. I did not receive an interview. But for some stupid reason, even though everything else was in, it does not list my DAT scores received until 7/23... which makes no sense to me because I had them submitted with my AADSAS, and had the test done since march.

Oh well, I'm hoping the only reason I didn't receive an interview was because my files wasn't technically complete until yesterday.🙁

i was doing some research on the hotel situation and i JUST booked my flight & hotel.

I started on this site just looked over the list and made some phone calls. looked for the best deal I felt was good.
I think Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Plantation is the best option because of the COMPLIMENTARY shuttle service: to/from Ft. Lauderdale Airport, to/from NSU Main campus. Thats a biggy.
Other hotels were charging $38 bucks for one way shuttle service or no shuttle service at all from the airport.
Make sure when u book ur room to Nova price for $79.
Book your flight on your own from various website hunting. (priceline, expedia,travelocity, kayak)
I ended up going with priceline but start @ kayak.com since they open up all the competitors pricing.

oh forgot to mention, the staff on the phone (a student at Nova) was extremely nice. seemed like a GOOD place to book it. thats a +

Hey what do you think of the Holiday Inn express or Hampton, the ones listed via Nova?

Quick Questions:

1.) In the school decisions is there anything listed for Nova?
2.) If so, what is the status? Is it invited for interview?
3.) If status is invited for interview, was there ever a time that it said received/under review?

I don't think interview invitation is updated via AADSAS. The invite is sent directly to you via emails.

I use priceline for the hotels. I will stay in Plantation. And I think it is cheaper to do the bidding on priceline and then use a shuttle service from airport to hotel.

Plantation provides complimentary shuttle to the school as well but it says subject to availability. I will call to find out about it but has anyone else confirmed or knows more about this.
