Hey all:

I am looking for comments from the M1 or M2 people out here from NSU-COM who might be able to comment on the MBS program there.

There has been some conflicting information about the program on another website. What I have heard is that any class that you get a 90% or better in during the MBS year does not have to be retaken during your first official year in the medical school. Others have stated that they heard first hand that the medical school still requires/requests that the students sit in on the classes anyway. The school says you don't have to take them and that you will get a "P" for pass on the medical school transcript.

Does anyone else have any first hand information on this topic or any other topic related to the MBS program at Nova?

Thanks!

I'm an M1 at Nova. Send me your email and I'll try to have one of our MBS students contact you.

Cheers,

Thanks Stickboy, I appreciate the offer, however, I have already spoken with 2 people that are in the program.

What I am interested in is talking to people who did it for one year and then matriculated into the medical school. I am hoping to hear if they were pressured, or flat-out told, to retake classes that they may have gotten "A"s in during the MBS program.

If you happen to hear from anyone in your class who knows about this, I would love to hear about it. If you wouldn't mind emailing me, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!
