Nova post January 15 acceptance

do you guys know people get rejected after interview from beginning of the cycle.?? cause i dont see applicants whose rejected after interview on predents. i think i saw one

Yes.there are people who got rejected DEC 1st even though they had interview already. so, Its possible.

I have a deposit due at a school in a few days...should I wait until I receive the package from Nova to withdraw from the other school?

Call Nova to ensure acceptance. If told that they don't give information out explain the situation.

if you got the call, then you will receive your packet... don't freak out...

oh and if anyone is wondering, I'm going to withdraw my recent acceptance once my umdnj deposit is cashed... gl

i want to go home and see if i got mine but im stuck sterilizing junk at an endo office. Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!👎
 
I just got my packet as well!!! I have a question though. I noticed that official transcripts need to be sent within 90 days of starting class, but I am taking a class summer A (which will be done by the beginning of July). It's not a core science course, its just one that I need for my major to graduate. This shouldn't be too big of a problem right?

You may just have to send one in with spring grades and then another one in after the summer course. But call and ask to be safe.

Has anyone interviewed there lately? I interviewed 1/13, and we were told the committee met that day and so we were not going to be reviewed for the second round of acceptances.

I believe Dr. Lippman said they would meet again 2/1 (today). Can anyone confirm that?

Also, to those accepted last week, are your deposits due 2/15 then? Thanks for the help!

I interviewed 01/14 and I was already told my status by Dr.Lippman! So if you guys were wondering, you can call in. Good Luck!

Anyone on the 'waitlisted'??? My AADSAS ststus was changed to 'waitlisted' on Jan. 29th...:xf:

I already did. I emailed and called them several times. I hope that I get a call from Dr. Lippman within this week....:luck:

unlikely that you will hear before the 15th because are waiting on the second round of deposits to come in. They didn't tell anyone before Jan 15th after the acceptances were given out Dec. 1st. Best of Luck baedero 👍

Thanks for your advice. When I emailed them, a lady said that I should be hearing something from the committee within the 1st week of Feb. I hope this is a good sign.:xf:

I was also told my status by Dr. Lippman a few weeks ago in person, but wanted to know if you had received the official letter yet.

I called and the lady told me.. and called few times for dr.lippman and left voice message but no call back and sent few email,also no reply
 
I was also put on the waitlist via AADSAS.

From what it looks like being put on the waitlist is better than "invited to interview" because it looks like all the postdec acceptances were waitlisted first.

I think waitlist is a good thing. I guess we will find out within the next couple of weeks. Say optimistic!!

Not true, my AADSAS was never changed from "invited for interview," in fact it still hasn't. Got the call on Jan. 15th and recieved my packet last week. Good luck 👍
