Nova Rejection

So Nova just sent me my second rejection letter. Whats next a letter inviting me to the school so they can reject me in person? I hate you Nova.
 
Damn, nothing like rubbing salt in the wound. At least you can revel in your impending UOP acceptance🙂

I was joking about coming to the school, but yes they did send me two rejection letters.

I hope you are right lemming, I hope you are right...
 
A friend of mine got invited to an interview at NOVA. He recieved notification right as the school closed for a couple of days because of the hurricane. He tried for days to get a hold of them to confirm, and get a date. When he finally did get a hold of him they told him that they had invited him by mistake, and cancelled the interview.

I think the school itself is probably pretty good, but that was pretty low of admissions to do something like that. If it was me, I'd be on cloud nine for those couple of days... and then to just get shut down like that would be pretty discouraging.

I once receieved a wakeskate in the mail, then a week later I recieved another (having only paid for the one).

People make mistakes when sending things out in large numbers.

However, this does seem pretty cold. Don't worry i'm sure most of you have acceptance letters coming soon that will more than make up for your disappointment.

Wakeskating is b'dass. I need another one.👍 What I don't need is one, not to mention two, rejection letters from anyone. 👎
 
yeah i'm joining the NOVA rejected TWICE club. . . bring it on NOVA I'm ready for the third one.

What predent has dentistry as their passion? ( I don't know much about dentistry yet, it is not my passion either)

I am down, when I come to nova we will hit it hard. Oh and Shuna is invited officially! It is almost as cool as snowboarding. Brighton, Alta, The Canyons, The Basin, Powder Mtn, all of these are where I wish my D school was.

Nova will be fun though, if not on powder, then on water. 😎
 
Count me in on that wakeskating trip. My father in law just got a sweet new boat...Mastercraft. The good thing about AZ is that you can waterski all winter long.
 
The great thing about Utah is that you get excellent water in the spring summer and fall (lake powell) and great powder all winter long. It is a good mix.

Are All These Rejections Before Or After Interviews?

did you guys all complete secondaries? or did they reject before they even took your extra cash?

pre-interview, rejected post cash. I know of other people who got interviews with lower stats - they just had their application in earlier. Nova is first come first served, I guess...
