I was just wondering for the Nova secondary what they want you to include in the health related and employment sections i.e. do they want you to copy the preliminary? And does anyone know what they mean by level of responsibility? Is it that they want you to write a mini paragraph like in the primary app?

I pretty much put the same thing as my primary and for level of responsibility I put my title and couple of lines of what it entailed. search SDN, there's quite a few threads on this.
