NOVA students, please help!

I'm attending NOVA this fall, and looking for an apartment.
All apartment I have called are full already except SUMMIT PLANTATION.
Is it good complex? I've heard that there is horrible parking problem and lots of complains. Is there any other place I should look for?
I have a family(wife and baby), and looking for 2-bedroom apartment.
Please help.
