Has anybody gotten a Supplemental Application from NOVA yet? Do all applicants get it or is it a good sign that someone already got it?

When I applied last year my PharmCAS application was completed on October 13th but I didn't get my supplemental until mid-December. I interviewed the first week in March (but they were waiting for January PCAT scores from me). Nova can be a little slow sometimes so you have to be patient. I highly recommend submitting your PharmCAS application as early as possible. Last year Nova started interviewing in October. It's definitely a good thing if you get a supplemental; Nova wants to learn more about you. I could be wrong but I don't think all applicants get one. I'm sure each school has an established "minimum criteria" that they go by when selecting applicants to send supplemental apps to and/or interivew (maybe 2.7 GPA and 50% on the PCATS... totally a guess). Thanks Calrx! I'm actually asking because my friend already got a supplemental from Nova. He turned in his PharmCAS sometimes around June or July of this year. Were the supplementals last year online as well? Or was it hardcopy?

I received a hardcopy in the mail. I have no idea if it was available online. If I had to guess I wouldn't think it would be available to anyone though. Just be patient!

anyone know what the essay questions are? i figure might as well start thinking about the prompt even if i'm not gonna get the supplemental until the end of the year. thanks!

There are no essay questions... atleast not last year.

I applied a while back in June and got my supplemental application with password in Aug. Well, Pharmcas didn't send out the application until Aug 1 or something so it was like a 2 week turn-around time when I got my letter in the mail. I don't know if its a good sign or not to receive the supplemental application but I hope it means something GOOD = P.
