NOVA supplemental question

I'm just about finished with my NOVA supplemental, but ran into a question. Unfortunately their admission office is closed right now so hopefully someone here can help me.

So I am a reapplicant for dental school, but I have never applied to NOVA. In their additional information section they have a few Reapplicants only sections. Does this pertain to me as well? The questions seem very specific to NOVA's program, but I as unsure.

Does anyone know the answer to my question??
