Is anyone else getting "Card declined"? I tried with two different credit cards multiple times and I was able to pay a different school's supplement just now as well.. maybe something is currently wrong with their payment system? :/

I would assume so. Mine worked fine a few weeks ago.

Does Nova email you to complete the secondary or do you do it right after submitting application?

You can just do it.
