Nova - trying to re-schedule interview

i got a letter from Nova telling me i have an interview on such and such date and to call and leave a message if i'll be there or not. i called and left a message that i would like to see if they have any other days available, but no one is calling me back and no one answers the phone at the number they said to call. anyone else been through this?

Yes, I have gotten really quick responses from both e-mail and by leaving a voicemail. They got back to me within hours both times.

do you have a good phone number or email address I could try? I'm wondering if the gal (Keatta Jerry) was just out of the office this week or something...i left messages wed. and thurs. and still nothing....

When I rescheduled my interview, I talked to Alexandra Lichtman. At least thats who my interview letter told me to contact. Nova is bad about picking up when you call, but they do respond to voicemails and emails within a day.
