Which school is better? Better Rep? Happier Students? Better chance for specialty? If accepted to both, which one would be a better option?

I interviewed at NOVA and was accepted there. It is a very nice school; the campus, facilities, and atmosphere. The faculty seemed really helpful and friendly, as did the students.
