Have you visited the campuses before? I've been to NECO, and I wouldn't say the school is small, size-wise, or at least it didn't feel that way to me. It was very beautiful in terms of its architecture because it used to be some rich person's house! I think with the spread out clinics it wouldn't be a huge issue, since public transportation is probably decent in Boston. Haven't been to NOVA before, so can't give you any good advice there.
