NOVA webstar email?

Under AADSAS school decisions, Nova has "under review" for me. But today in the morning, I got an email from NOVA about setting up Webstar email account.. Is this a good sign? (I don't have an interview invite from them yet - but i did complete secondary + fee)
I'm getting more and more impatient these days :-(

Im afraid that it does not mean anything special, through webstar they allow you to create a school account for you to make payments and see the status of your application, but its not really a good sign, it just means that they have your file.
