Did they change the suppplemental requirement for 2007 entering class?

I used the 2006 handbook because 2007 version was not available when I was preparing the application. But now I check the 2007 version and one of their supplemental requirements is a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university (which I guess it means Florida?).

Is Nova starting to favor in-state applications much like other Florida schools? Or does regionally just mean in the U.S.?

I don't think that a BA/BS is a req but just a preference; best to contact school to clarify.
Regionally accredited just refers to any of the recognized accrediting associations like the Southern Association of Colleges and Universities; almost every school is accredited except for maybe things like on-line ones.
