I know a few people on this forum board had their interview already and/or know a lot about the admissions committee process. I was wondering how the interview process works. So, they have all my stuff, fees, supplementals, etc. I know they've done interviews for October, but what about for November? Do they make calls at the beginning of November to start scheduling? Has anyone got a call yet for the next round of interviews? Does it even work that way? The reason I ask is because (not only am I incredibly anxious! 😳), but I haven't seen the nova interview invite thread bumped yet with new interview appointments for Nov, and so I'm assuming they'll be calling for interviews soon. If anyone could shed some light, I would be most grateful! 🙂

I interviewed last week. They called me on my cell phone about 3 weeks in advance. I sent my PharmCAS in Aug and the supp. mid September. Don't worry too much - I was anxious too!

I submitted my supplementals in the first week of October and still haven't heard from them. I received a letter regarding missing classes. I am anxious too🙂.........hope we hear from them soon.

How long did it take them to send you the supplemental after they received your PharmCAS? Thank you.

I e-submitted my PharmCAS application on September 14 and received an invitation to fill Nova's supplemental application on October 2. 🙂

So I would assume calls will be made probably next week!

I live 5 miles from Nova so I got my supplementals like 2 days after they received my pharmCAS. then it took about 2 business days for them to send me my missing class form. To be honest, they process it pretty quick!

I would agree although my missing class form came in about a week an half. Which brings to mind another question. Since I received a missing class form that stipulates that a decision will be made when these pre-requesites are sent to them, does that mean I may not be in the next round of interviewees?

No I think they can still interview you and worst case scenario put your file on "hold" pending those classes, provided if they need further evidence to go ahead with acceptance/denial. That's what I've heard anyway.

I interviewed at Nova yesterday and I really liked it there! They said it takes a month to hear back. ahhh i hate waiting!
