Nova's combined dental/ DO program

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I know someone in the program, he only took the DATs but that's all I know. Not sure if there's a DAT/GPA cut-off. Couldn't find much info on NSU's website.

i'm looking for more info on this program, can't find much online....anyone know what sort of career one would have with this joint licensure?

Probably aimed at filling the gap of rural communities in which physicians and dentists are scarce.

Well you can stick one hand in the mouth and the other in the butt hole. Plain ole dentists can't do that. :meanie:

i heard they are tying to get dentist who could go to poorer areas. do a search i think i saw a post asking the same question a while back (within couple months ago). its not where you get trained to become an omfs. you are just a general dentist who just goes to underserved area to be a dentist and a general practitioner??
