You'll be fine! Imo, there's been a lull in interview invites as of late. My guess, is that there should be a small boost in invites handed out this month. Or, maybe that's just my wishful thinking...

I think you are right, but in most cases it will be invites sent out to the late applying superstars, first, and THEN they may go back and look at the apps of mere mortals.

So for people who have been complete since say September, the next mini wave of invites may come in Dec/Jan...

I have observed this as well! I'm hoping that my application is part of this next wave of interview invites.
