I need to take NPI for my working interview. Can I take NPI with my home address?

Hi Ahana 123,
You must have started practicing by now. I'm a recent graduate and facing the same question. I received my license and waiting for the state DEA #.
Can you please provide some info. about NPI? Is it something which every provider needs to have? What is the procedure to apply for it?
