Probably a stupid question. But for table 1A, when saying US MD seniors, are US born IMGs (caribs) included in this data (obviously excluding FMGs)... or is this JUST US medical schools located within the country.

No, they are not. Look at page 6 it clearly separates US MD and US IMG and Non-US IMG

That is referring to Table 2, not table 1A. But that is actually the exact data I was looking for so thank you for pointing that out! hahaha
