NROWS Question/Problem

I was trying to get on NROWS and the page would never load. I went from the HPSP link for school orders.

I called the NROWS help desk and they said they upgraded the security and now I need a CAC card (is that the right abbreviation?), a card reader, and software to access NROWS at home.

I don't have any of that.

So... what do I do?

Considering that you can't be issued a CAC card while you're in the reserves, which you are until you've started your ADT, that would basically mean you could never get your orders. So I'm guess that the help desk was wrong.

I got an email from HPSP finally telling what to do.

Contact Mr. Green in AT/Travel. At worst they can manually enter the orders from MPT&E.
