I am a month out from my exam and have taken NS 1-4 averaging around a 508. I have taken the sample AAMC and FL1 and got a 511. My target score is a 510+. I was hoping to continue practicing with material closest to the AAMC material and was wondering which one people would recommend when it comes to the NS FL exams or UWorld Qbanks. Thanks!

They are about equal, but neither is quite the same as the AAMC materials. Have you done every single practice question offered by the AAMC? If you have, but it has been a while do them again. I did the SB questions and the CARS Qpacks 2 times.

Also, what were your section scores for the sample AAMC and FL?

Yes! I've done everything AAMC has to offer except for CARS Vol pack 2 which I am finishing up. I think I'm going to repeat the Qbanks and Section Banks as you suggested. My section scores for the sample and AAMC were:

Sample:
C/P: 75%
CARS: 85%
BB: 76%
PS: 81%

AAMC FL1
C/P : 128
CARS: 126
BB: 130
PS: 127

UWorld is great for P/S. I would recommend using it to boost your score in that section. You are on track to do well. Just make sure you thoroughly review the rest of your FLs and you should be good to go. I was hovering around 507-510 about a month out and ended up with a 516 just by redoing those AAMC questions, drilling FLs, and doing UWorld for P/S (which was my highest section 130)
