Thank u for answer. I thought if we use nsaids, we end up with decreased GFR and increased blood volume, so if we already have increased blood volume why its necessary to take water

Prostaglandins act to vasodilator kidney vasculature in response to decreased flow, mostly secondary to decreased volume. With nsaids you lose this compensatory mechanism and are much more susceptible to pretense aki
