Has anyone taken the NSCA CPT exam?
Any advice?
I'm taking it Saturday, and I am getting nervous!

I took it back in 2010. I would suggest that you know the exercise directory book (the thin one with the guy squatting on the cover) - especially the distances for stance and grip on Olympic lifts. You also need to know screening procedures like the back of your hand. Someone comes to you with x, y, and z and you need to be able to pick out the red flags quickly. How long have you spent studying for the exam, if you don't mind me asking?

I studied all summer for the most part. And took a break once school started up, and then started reviewing. I am finishing my degree in Exercise Science now (last semester), so I was feeling prepared until today when I began getting a little nervous

The practice exams are good review for the actual exam, I felt. I will warn you that the first portion of the exam (exercise technique I believe) was a little tricky. As I said, take your time with the exercise manual and read the cues carefully.
