I need some serious help. I believe there's a mix up with my file at Nova Southeastern University, and playing phone tag with the people in the admissions office isn't getting things cleared up in a timely fashion. Any one have any idea's how I can get a more timely resolution so that I don't miss yet another committee meeting?

Keep calling until you get someone. I'm not sure if they return calls from their answering machine (I never got a call back). I wish I could be more help, but unless you can actually go to fort lauderdale to clear it up, the phone is your best bet. Goodluck.

I would email Dr. Albert Whitehead, he is the director of student services and he is really good about returning his mail. You can find it on the NSU website under phonebook/faculty. Good Luck..
