Number of positions at residency programs

Where can I find the exact number of residency positions available at each program? Is this info anywhere else but Freida?

You can search programs at the ACGME website. Can't say that's any easie than navigating Freida, though.

I would be wary of checking any source other than FREIDA or ACGME. Number of positions has been increasing in a few programs lately, and you may not be able to trust the accuracy of other sites.
