Number of Science LORs

I currently have one letter from a science professor (who is also my PI so I imagine it's a strong letter) and 4 letters from physicians that I have worked extensively with. I was advised early on that a LOR that isn't strong isn't really worth it so I didn't ask my other professors for a letter since all they know about me is that I got a good grade in their class and I went to office hours. However, now that I'm applying I see that a lot of schools want a letter from 2 science professors, so should I ask my professors to write me a letter even though it won't be a strong letter or should I just stick with my 5 strong letters?
