NY state TAP financial aid question

I got a email telling me to apply for TAP since I'm a new york state resident. Is there a deadline for when I have to apply by? And also, on the application, it only lists one of the schools that I put on my FAFSA. Anyone have an idea as to why that is? thanks!

The one school it list probably was a NY school? I think TAP can only be used at NY schools.
