I applied mostly to counseling centers and have heard from 4: Montclair State, Brooklyn College, Iona and Fordham.
 
wanted to give this a bump. heard from others that interview offers have been extended at Elmhurst Hospital.

Has anyone heard from Bellevue, Gouverneur's, Kingsboro, Lutheran Family Health or LIJ yet? I haven't heard from any of the sites i've applied to and am starting to wonder if I'm screwed 🙁

Has anyone heard from Bellevue, AINY, Woodhull, and Maimonides?
Jacobi, St. Barnabas, and Elmhurst have sent out interview invites.

Anyone heard from Bellevue ?
 
The Director of Externship at Bellvue is a professor at my school. As of Friday she said they hadn't sent out any interview invites yet--just an FYI!
 
stony silence from maimo and woodhull! did they at least confirm receipt of apps?

I applied to Maimonides and haven't heard a peep. But I just realized that both Maimonides and Woodhull also have internships, so they have probably been concentrating on those. Once they do their rankings, which is today I think, that should free up their time for externship apps.

I heard from them today regarding the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Externship. Interviews have been extended for that track for Friday, February 15th.

Just to provide an update on the places that have extended interviews, here are the places that have offered me interviews:

Haven't heard if Bronx Leb has extended interviews yet but just wanted to say I externed there last year and had an AMAZING experience. Dr. Khadivi is a great supervisor and the cases you get to work with are o so interesting.

I haven't heard anything back from Maimonides either. (Also still waiting to hear back from Interfaith). For Woodhull, I got an interview invite email last week. Dates for interviews were during this week or next week.
 
In addition to some of the ones you already listed, I've heard back from, Lenox Hill Hospital, The Addictions Institute, Queens Hospital Center, and Holliswood Hospital. Can't wait for March to get this over with!

Someone else in my program has heard from Maimonides.

Do you know how/when they heard from Maimonides? Good luck with your interviews! I can't wait to get this over with either ... March 4 can't get here soon enough.

I heard from Maimonides via email this afternoon. I applied for one of the Adult externship tracks so perhaps the Child/Adolescent track may contact people at a different time since it seemed to be a different coordinator.

Nothing here. I have to content myself with the 8 interviews I've gotten and hope I end up at a good site because I don't think I will be hearing from anyone else at this point.

I also got 8 interview invites. Most of them went well, but I am nervous. What happens if I do not fine one? Is there a phase 2? Good luck to you 🙂

No Phase 2 that I know of ... this isn't like internship ... but I'm sure you'll get at least one offer. I don't know why I'm sure about this, but that's what I hope for myself so I hope for it for you as well. Feel free to PM me so we can compare notes about where we went. I noticed based on the list that you posted earlier that we had a few sites in common.

I got eight as well! I'm hopeful that's a large enough number that someone will offer me a position. Although my heart is set on one site in particular - won't say which one bc I don't want to jinx it.

I also got a rejection email from Kings County - child and adolescent. No biggie though bc this was a back up since I don't much like work with kids.

I also got my packet returned from Gracie Square Hospital indicating that their externship would not be running next year.

Those of you who have applied before can you tell me how long it usually takes after March 4 for the whole thing to be done? I mean if you're not at the top of people's lists is there a chance of getting an offer later in the week or even the following week? This is my first year doing this and no one else in my program is going through this so I have no idea ...
