So I am thinking I am probably going to do sleep medicine. I would like to stay in the NYC area for training and for my career afterwards. Does anyone have a sense of what job and fellowship prospects are like in the area? I would be willing to work as far as an hour and a half outside of the city. Oh and I am doing neuro.
