Currently located in Manhattan and looking to finish up the last of my pre med coursework at a local university (mostly chemistry). It will be DIY since I have taken quite a few of the pre reqs already.

I am currently looking into Hunter College, NYU, and Columbia. Any advice? Any other schools you recommend? Thanks!

I have heard that registering is nearly impossible as a non-degree student which worries me.

Then try another CUNY school. NYU and Columbia aren't worth the price if you're just doing a DIY post-bacc.

One of the better CUNYs imo. Good science track, I think they take no-degree students and not a bad commute from Manhattan on the 4 train.

Sign up for a degree. Do the classes you need. Then stop.
