NYC schools that are receptive to ITA emails?

I know cornell is receptive and that hofstra is not. anyone have any knowledge on nyu/columbia/einstein/sinai?

n=1 but NYULI gave me an II the day after an ITA

LM 74 sent ITA emails optimistically and some did accepted them and add them to my file, but no II from these schools :’(

Additional info: NYU and Einstein said they would consider it and add it to my file
Columbia said they will consider it and to add it as an update through the portal

For Columbia? I initially emailed and they said exactly, "Thank you for your e-mail. Please upload this information as an Applicant Update (in PDF) to the Secondary Application. We appreciate your interest in Columbia VP&S."

I looked back and I think it was a little equivocal. They said they can't expedite my app, but they would try to accommodate me if I am chosen for an interview :/
