Hi, so i'm a chicago girl, and my s/o is in a finance type field, and he would like to stay in a metropolitan area, and he specifically requested new york (among others), but there are so many programs and i have no idea where i should be applying.

i've been asking around, my 2 main advisors are strictly midwest trained and weren't too sure about ny programs. any opinions?

i'm looking for a program with good clinical foundation, research opportunities, and i'm planning on doing a fellowship (most likely NICU, less likely PICU)

I don't know much about them myself, but this thread from a little while ago has a helpful breakdown...hopefully more people post here w/ thoughts, but this has at least a start.
