NYCOM FIN. AID. entrance interview

I'm so confused about this whole process. I tried calling the fin. aid. dept at NYCOM and unfortunately no one answered the phone. I'll try calling again later... But for anyone who has already completed this process, Do you actually have to go to NYCOM to do the entrance interview or is there a website online to do it. I would realllyyy appreciate your advice on this.

If you are referring to the entrance interview paperwork in the financial aid packet, just fill out that paperwork (except for the portion where it specifically states to leave blank until exit interview time). That is your "exit interview"; there is no face-to-face interview, as far as I know.
