Hey everone. I just got accepted into NYCOM. I'm looking into real estate in the area. I'm looking to buy a 1-2 bedroom condo anywhere that is in range of going to NYCOM without a pain in the ass commute. If anyone out there is selling or knows of a NYCOM student that is selling something send me a message with their info and the info on the house. I will definately give you a finder's fee if the deal goes through.
