when reading the interview feedback on SDN, I keep running into people from last year who said they were grilled on stem cell research

I just want to know for those of you who've already had their nycom interview, if this was still the case?

if not, was there another field in particular that they were interested in?

we had 2 interviewers. The interviews were one-on-one with one of the 2 professors. Both were friendly. one asked basic questions and the other asked simple ethics questions. Nothing you could study except look them up on the SDN interview feedback or know them from experience or a class. From what I gather the professor that asks the ethics questions spends most of the interview talking about you.

i rememember seeing:
"can you tell a parent that her 10yo daughter is pregnant without the parent's consent?"
"what is the difference between Euthenasia and doctor assisted suicide?"

It was very simple.

I wasn't asked any questions like that. They just wanted to get to know you.
