NYCOM secondary Q

On the NYCOM secondary, it asks to give info on the people who are recommending you. What if we just used the committee packet? Do you just put the name of the head of the committee under the faculty and then the name of the college? Or should I list the individual LORs that I turned in before the committee letter writing?

i assume u write just the committee head, thats what i was going to do, correct me if im wrong.

That's what I did. It didn't seem to be a problem. Plus they should have all of your letters by the time you turn your app in at the interview.
