I'm wondering, did anyone get accepted into NYCPM with just the 90 (or more) semester hours, but no bachelor's degree? If so, would your GPA and test scores (MCAT/DAT) have to be higher than the applicants with a bachelor's degree?
Also, for NYCPM, is it good to take more science classes than the prerequisite courses? Or is it just good enough just to take the basic prerequisites? Does it even matter? (Let's assume the grades will be good or average in all the science classes.)
I'm a premedical student, but I'm looking into all the different fields. As of now, podiatry and dentistry are the two fields I'm most interested in. For dental school, I know they like to see higher-level science courses. I'm just wondering if it's the same for podiatry schools. Thanks.
