NYIT comes out far ahead based on your pros and cons. Florida is pretty big, so your parents might not even move close to NSU or you‘ll be on rotations by the time they do.

I’ve heard lots of horror stories about NSU and their board pass rates. It’s also a good amount more expensive than NYIT. I’d vote NYIT, totally not biased bc that’s also one of my As hehe, maybe I’ll see ya there!
