I live in NJ and got nothing in the mail today FYI, not that i expected it, if anything I think they are mailing them out today.

i called and they told me they can't tell over the phone. they told me that a letter wasw sent out today but it could be an acceptance, denied or waitlisted. so i think we all jus have to wait!
oh no! why would they send out rejections same day.... sooooo nerve racking....
do you think it is the typical big packet=good thing?
Also did you give them your name, or did they just say that as a generic answer?

i gave them my name. you could call and they will tell you if something was mailed out to you but they won't specify ne thing hah

Um, doesnt sounds like positive news for me. They said the committee has made a decision but it doesnt look like it was mailed out, maybe later this week.... I dunno, maybe I'm reading too much into it... 😕

I wished I added on an addition question... like "is that a bad sign?"... not like she would have told me... or "can i just come pick it up?"
but common sense says to me that got all the big packets out and stuff :/ and then have to get to the others later in the week

omg...that's crazy that they even send out rejection...
so everyone who had pre dec interview will hear sometime this week? i'm hearing some people saying that if you had interview end of oct, you might hear like mid dec or something...i hope to hear from them sooon...and it should be a white THICK FAT HUGE envelope!!!!!!!!!!😀

man,,,i don't know how much i have to wait ... it seems like the mailing is so slow in Texas...it's taking more than a week to get my letter from Florida,,,
hopefully I'll also get nyu letter anytime soon

I got one too!!! I almost had a heart attack!!
As I tore open the UPS envelope I kept thinking..."please be a big white envelope inside!!" and then when I saw it I had tears in my eyes before I even opened it!!!!
