I was just curious, has anyone on SDN been rejected by NYU? From the stats I got, it says they accept 10 percent of applicants. But it does seem like they accept more than that doesn't it?

My guess is that the 10% you're talking about are the people who will actually be there on orientation day. Every school, even in undergrad, accepts a few more students than their roster allows simply because some of those accepted end up going some place else.
